With economic development,competition between industries is becoming fiercely,in order to be in an invincible position in the fiercely competition in the industry,more and more people pay attention to the field of logistics that has competitive potential,however,with the continuous development of the logistics industry and logistics in our country,continuous improvement of professional standards and distribution industry has been rapidly development in the logistics and distribution activities,distribution centers increasingly play important role in it,therefore,the distribution center site selection and delivery route optimization is becoming increasingly important,therefore distribution center optimization research can enrich logistics management theory.In recent years,the tobacco industry is facing development of strategic requirements,such as implementation of the "cigarette level" and promoting the"three changes",besides the status of cigarette logistics construction has large gap with the modern logistics which is "advanced international and domestic first-class,rational layout,efficient economy," So the tobacco industry conducted to optimize logistics and distribution center is imminent.Firstly,the rational optimization of distribution centers has great significance for the development of the tobacco industry,it not only use of enterprise integration and logistics resources rationally and improve operational efficiency,but also it can meet market demands quickly,and share opportunities in the fiercely competition.Besides,the Zibo tobacco companies original distribution center has been operating for ten years,it need to be reprogrammed with changes in market demands.Through the research status of Zibo Tobacco Co.,we start to select distribution center site,and use AHP for site selection studies,by constructing the index system,expert scoring,and judgment matrix consistency test.Selecting an optimal address from Zibo City Science and Technology Park,near the train station and bus station near the three options.On the distribution route optimization,we take Zibo District 8 clients for example,by using the coordinates given by the well and the time window we construct the objective function that using genetic algorithms,meantime,using MATLAB software for the simulation,finally we get three most drawn optimal paths and corresponds to a real-life sales outlets,received the great success.Through the study of the distribution center two issues,using different methods in these problems,and has been verified,which develop and enhance the competitiveness of different sectors of the logistics system and has important reference value.
