Study On The Digitaliztion Based On Clothing Change In Manchukuo Cultural Heritage

Clothing is an important carrier of culture.The involvement with the Japanese colonial culture in Manchukuo Period(from March 1932 to August 1945)turned the culture in Northeast China different from that inside Shanhaiguan Pass.However,no specialized,systematic or digital technique-based visualized research on the clothing in Manchukuo Period has been done so far.Instead of adopting the traditional means of history recording such as description,illustration,annals,etc.,this paper,by taking “the development and continuation of clothing evolution in Manchukuo Period” as the main line,the digital and mobile terminal application software as the support,the historical development and evolution in Manchukuo Period as the thread and the oral history of those old people aged between 70 and 90 living in the same period with different backgrounds of culture and occupations as the immutable objective factors,figures out the clothing evolution process in accordance with the history of that period to fill the gap in studying the history of Chinese clothing.Finally,the clothing evolution in Manchukuo Period is displayed by visualized means to explore the historical value,significance,continuation and development of clothing evolution in Manchukuo Period in the history of modern Chinese clothing.The temporary lack of specialized and systematic records and research on clothing in this period makes the entire study very difficult.Manchukuo is a special historical period,and its clothing evolution is also a particular historical phenomenon in the world history as well as in the history of modern clothing.The destructive effect caused by the special historical era does not provide us with sufficient physical evidence.With traditional history research methods such as local chronicles,annals,biographies and so on,it is impossible to complement its content.Therefore,in this paper,relying on a few isolated words and phrases in local chronicles,chapters of historical documents,etc.,digital restoration is carried out.The ultimate goal of this research is to visualize the clothing evolution and development process in Manchukuo Period through reappearing the missing clothing in Manchukuo Period based on digital technology and mobile terminal application software,and as a result,toactivate the image of clothing evolution,optimize the exhibition effect of clothing and fill the gaps in studies.
