The Design And The Lean Improvement Of Filtration Stick Automated Storage Logistics System In Houzhou Cigarette Factory

With the development of modern logistics,the Automatic Storage&Retrieval System（AS/RS）has been widely used in many fields,And it is a storage means of setting the information,storage and management as a whole.Owing to the characteristics of high automation and high-speed access,it has been rapid applied and promoted in tobacco industry since the middle of 19^th centuryand.So,it is imperative to design an automated storage logistics system suitable for filtration stick storing in Hangzhou Cigarette Factory.Meanwhile,How to improve the efficiency of storage and reduce the enterprise cost becomes hot research area with the development of the cigarette market economy.This article takes the design and the lean improvement of filtration stick automated storage of Hangzhou Cigarette Factory as the object of study.In this paper,we do some research on designing the filtration stick automated storage based on the technology of AS/RS through the study of literature and data analysis.Automatic Storage&Retrieval System has changed the traditional way of storage,which improve the access speed and reduce workforces.In this paper,without any increase in basis of existing hardware equipment,some research are going on the lean improvement of filtration stick storage in order to meet the increasing storage demand of kinds of the filtration stick and the goal of annual output of 1.2million cases by running on two shift.Lastly,the results are evaluated by the simulation technology,Achieving the anticipated goal.In this article,the main work done is as follows:Fistly,Three aspects of the project are introduced which contains computer control system,electronic control system and hardware equipment.And then,The functions of the management and task scheduling including the process of out-put and in-put of warehouse are described in details,Realizing automatic access operation of filtration stick.Secondly,using QFD tools to analyze the current situation of filtration stick automated storage running in Hangzhou Cigarette Factory,the main reasons resulted in the low efficiency of the stacker are recognized,For example:task interference and invalid distance.Thirdly,in order to solve the problems above,some measures are proposed to improve stacker work efficiency such as Half Space-One Machine,The Nearest Access,Para Storage,Complex Task and so on.Simulation verify the result is feasible.
