| In recent years,rapid development of the tobacco industry,but with the economic development of our country in the transition period,the tobacco industry also faces more and more opening pressure and the crisis of survival,to scale expansion for the benefits of growth mode gradually weak.In order to improve the market competitiveness of the industry,to cope with the fierce competition environment,China’s tobacco industry is committed to the formation of the strong stronger and the fast faster market competition situation.In order to further enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of industrial enterprises,the industry began a new round of transformation and upgrading,thereby improving the production scale and technology level,while improving the management level and accuracy.And lean management,is the industry to deal with the economic ecology,transformation and upgrading of the reality of choice.In this paper,taking Hangzhou cigarette factory as an example,analysis of Hangzhou cigarette factory production and operation control and production system operation status,combined with the concept of lean production,make the overall design of Hangzhou cigarette factory lean production,and carry on the detailed design from the production plan,equipment management,process control,site management and cost control of five key point.Using various lean tools,constructing practice of Hangzhou cigarette factory,close to Hangzhou cigarette factory feature of lean production.Through the research of this paper,the results show that the lean production method has important theoretical significance and practical application value to the improvement of the production system of Hangzhou cigarette factory.After the implementation of lean production,the formation of lean efficiency,Lean quality,lean,lean cost to achieve goal of reducing the efficiency of Hangzhou cigarette factory,and at the same time,management level has been improved,and effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises. |
