Eutrophication is globally recognized as the water pollution problem,China is no exception,rich nutrition water governance is urgent.There are physical methods,chemical and biological methods of existing harnessing eutrophication,but has its limitations,such as chemical method although the effect quickly,it will have secondary pollution,and may cause damage to the water ecological environment,and should not be used in ecological communities rich waters.Five Effectively Stereo Technique for the Integrated Treatment of Eutrophication,referred to as FEST integrated processing system,as a new technology of eutrophic water governance,make full use of the characteristics of micro-nano bubble,the algae in the water within a short time blooms,a large number of breeding,not only will the nutrients in water consumption,and will continue to consumption bottom mud nutrient elements,resulting in the sediment reduction effect,and blooms of algae will in effect of micro nano bubble condensed floating to the surface of water,and aggregated,forming strong aggregation layer,convenient for the salvage and the resources,to achieve the purpose"to cure for algae algae".FEST integrated processing system to control eutrophication,no secondary pollution,no damage to the ecological environment,and can effectively remove endogenous contaminants from time and space concept of eutrophication for three-dimensional restoration.Micro nano bubble can effectively promote the growth of algae in the water body.The limitation of the existing micro nano bubble generation device is large,and it is not suitable for the application in the large water area.In this paper,aiming at the problem,the Module ZZ80 in the FEST integrated processing system of large water area is designed and optimized,and finally meets the requirements of the system.This paper includes two parts:the design and fabrication of FEST integrated Module ZZ80 in the processing system and FEST integrated processing system design and final assembly.?1?.ZZ80 module split transformer dissolved gas technology:water diversion,triage and extend the residence time of the water,increasing the contact area of the divided water and gas,and artificially set extreme environments,so that water can in a short time within the higher amount of dissolved gas,so as to effectively produce a continuous micro-nano bubbles.Module ZZ80 in material selection on the choice of304 stainless steel and the economic practicability better,higher strength,resistance to corrosion resistance strong,applicable range wide,larger strength,modules for ZZ80 provide pressure protection of the peripheral;in welding process selection of tungsten inert gas arc welding,spatter free,deformation small,wide application,easy operation,higher weld quality characteristics,so that ZZ80 forming module and to provide security;artificial mechanical polishing on surface treatment the operability,low cost,material cutting small reduction,module ZZ80 more beautiful and practical.Through the pressure test,the maximum test pressure is 1.25MPa,pressure test to test the Module ZZ80 of the weld quality and can withstand the pressure;in the whole process of pressure test,module ZZ80 no leakage,leakage phenomenon,no visible abnormal deformation,no abnormal noise,the results of the test qualified.In the operation of the above selection of liquid level switch for automatic control,can be more effective in reducing human operation,and can improve the efficiency of dissolved gas.In summary,the Module ZZ80can be combined with the release of the terminal to release micro nano bubbles dissolved gas effectively.?2?.FEST integrated processing system consists of three parts:Eco ship,monitoring module,intelligent center.Eco ship is a submersible pump,air compressor,photovoltaic power generation and storage power station,positioning system?GPS or beidou?,module ZZ80,release terminal,algae dehydration,algae brick pressing unit.Potassium permanganate index(CODMn),total phosphorus?TP?and total nitrogen?TN?,dissolved oxygen?DO?,ammonia nitrogen?NH3-N?,chlorophyll-a and monitoring module.Intelligent center has operating platform,data analysis,alarm system.Data transmitted to the intelligent center are:processing unit parameters?pressure,flow,gas-liquid ratio,etc.?,power platform parameters?power,speed,location,etc.?,water pollution indicators?DO,TN,TP,etc.?.Through the three parts of the collaborative cooperation,can effectively deal with the eutrophication of water,especially the severe algae type eutrophication.And through the"unattended"to carry out automatic operation,can effectively reduce the manpower and material resources,not only save costs,but also with the local or national monitoring information center.The salvage of the algae dewatered,then processing resources.
