Kitasamycin belonging to large ring lactone class antibiotic which has 16 rings.Due to its strong inhibitory effect to bacterium of negative of culture,Kitasamycin in clinic are widely applied to the upper respiratory tract infections,pneumonia,gonorrhea,cholecystitis,whooping cough,tonsillitis,and sepsis.At the same time,kitasamycin has more extension in its downstream,the production of these downstream extension need kitasamycin API with high quality.there are mainly three problems in The current production process: first,the COD value of Raffinate is high in extraction of residual(12000 mg/L);Second,the Raffinate of kitasamycin has a so big discharge to purify water station(more than 500 tons Raffinate produced in 1 ton kitasamycin);The Third problem is thatthe extraction yield is low(75%).According to the above three questions,we analyze the Raffinate based on HPLC,which determine that the Raffinate contain effective ingredients of kitasamycin,so it is say that the Raffinate has the value of recycling.On this basis,we exploit a method to recycling the Raffinate and its washing water according to flocculating to treating wastewater.At the same time,it is also an improvement of production process to recycling the Raffinate and its washing water,containing the pretreatment process of adjustmentOptimization of the process steps are: first,the method of recyecling the Raffinate of kitasamycin ? extraction phase salting-out bottom phase and crystallization of the filtrate.second,oxalic acid,zinc sulfate,yellow prussiate and polyacrylamide are used to recycle and treatment the waste water to making its filter speed closing to water filtration rate.Third,recycled water is used as t dilution liquid of fermentation broth and washing water of mushroom dreg.At the same time,basis of a large number of experiments we optimize the method to coagulation treatment the extraction phase,Raffinate and washing water which is joining the 100 PPM of zinc sulfate,yellow prussiate and 2 PPM polyacrylamide to recycling water,using oxalic acid adjust PH to 3.5,stirring and standing 2 h for use.This method is bold innovation in antibiotic wastewater treatment.The recycling of kitasamycin raffinate,treatment with acidification and coagulation,then used as mushroom dregs washing water after pretreatment of kitasamycin production.Trials and production showed that through acidification optimized production applications?A workshop pH armacy in topfond eutical Limited by share ltd in January made the production test into production after passing product quality testing.According to the production data inthat month,it is a total reduction of emission of raffinate 2116 square meter,a decrease of approximately 50% of the emission of COD,more over in that month the saving sewage treatment costs 94,225 yuan and production increases 1200 billion and the effectiveness of216,000 yuan.It will be cost 12000 yuan if raffinate is processed to the available conditions.and the benefit yearly is about 3.57 million yuan.
