| Citrus pomace is rich in flavonoids and dietary fiber,and have good functional properties.Rational use of citrus pomace will not only reduce environmental pollution,will avoid wasting resources.Therefore,this paper citrus pomace as raw materials,and explore its extraction process of flavonoids,enzymatic prepared legal dietary fiber,alkaline extract of hemicellulose,lignin acid solution obtained;and the components were characterized,content and physicochemical properties of the determination to explore its effects on dietary fiber performance results are as follows:(1)Extraction of flavonoids from citrus pomace(decolorization)are: liquid ratio: 1: 10,extraction solvent 80% ethanol,extraction temperature is 80 ℃,the extraction time was 2h,extraction amount 19.6508 mg / g.Bleached citrus dregs moisture(11.03 g / 100g),protein(8.23 g / 100g),fat(1.04 g / 100g),ash(4.83 g / 100g),starch(17.30 g / 100g).(2)Total dietary fiber(TDF)Preparation:(1)In addition to starch: liquid ratio 1:13 by adding distilled water,adjusted to pH 7,0.6% of the α-amylase,60 ℃ extraction 2 hours,filtered to remove the hydrolyzate;(2)cooled to 50 ℃,according to solid-liquid ratio 1:11,1% cellulase,hydrolysis 1.5h,hot water extraction 1.5h,heated to 100 ℃ to inactivate the enzyme,cooled to room temperature,add 4 volumes ethanol,centrifuged,dried,weighed,its extraction rate was 70.05%;Soluble dietary fiber(SDF)Preparation: Hydrolysates placed in 100 ℃ water bath for one hour after the extraction,hot filtered and the filtrate was concentrated to 1/3 of its original volume,cooled to room temperature.The filtrate was adjusted by adding ethanol alcohol of 85% to stand at room temperature,filtered and dried,SDF extraction rate of 27.80%.Insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)Preparation: The above residue was dried,weighed,extracted IDF rate 42.20%.HC preparation: After the 1:10 ratio to feed to TDF was added 1% Ca(OH)at 2,60 ℃ water extraction after 2h filtration,the filtrate was added ethanol alcohol four times the volume of heavy precipitation Drying: weighing,HC yield 28.52 g / 100 g.Preparation LCC: the solid-liquid ratio of 1:30 was added 78% sulfuric acid solution,20 ℃ or 20 ℃ water bath shaker 2h,added 10 volumes of distilled water,heated to boiling cooker 1h,cooled,filtered,and rinse with warm water,dried weighed,lignin extraction rate of 10.09%.(3)TDF,SDF,IDF,HC,LCC holding capacity of 9.2409 g / g,11.996 g / g,6.015 g / g,5.1746 g / g,5.2019 g / g;expanding force of 7.6057 g / g,8.0421 g / g,4.6655 g / g,8.2082 g / g,3.8511 g / g;oil holding force 3.6976 g / g,3.6078 g / g,3.6006 g / g,4.3595 g / g,2.9587 g / g;cation adsorption force 3.997 g / g,4.0566 g / g,4.2868 g / g,3.7729 g / g,3.9108 g / g.In the large intestine adsorption amount of copper is 27.03 mg / 100 g,24.17 mg / 100 g,23.11 mg / 100 g,13.69 mg / 100 g,27.51 mg / 100g;adsorption of cadmium was 14.98 mg / 100 g,17.35 mg / 100 g,16.31 mg / 100 g,18.38 mg / 100 g,14.68 mg / 100g;adsorption amount of lead is 278.95 mg / 100 g,280.61 mg / 100 g,270.77 mg / 100 g,290.95 mg / 100 g,256.34 mg / 100 g.SDF and HC hydroxyl radical scavenging rate was 61.27%,82.35%.(4)Orange dregs dietary fiber components in LCC adsorption of cholesterol the most,97.6645 mg / g and 36.5547 mg / g.Orange dregs dietary fiber components adsorbed on the cation little difference,in which IDF cation adsorption maximum force,but are close to the TDF.HC’s SEM figure shows the structure and loose,resulting orange residue Dietary fiber has a strong holding capacity and swelling power,and has a high adsorption;lignin has a high oxidation resistance for orange residue dietary fiber,antioxidant foundation.This study provides support for the citrus industry,is conducive to the sound development of the citrus industry,but also provide a theoretical basis for the relevant functional food research and development. |
