In recent years,natural active substances have attracted much favor.The development of new multifunctional natural active substances has become a research hotspot.Bamboo leaves contain a large number of flavonoids.Bamboo leaves flavonoid is a new type of natural active substances with multiple physiological functions,which has high development value.Bamboo resources are abundant in Guizhou Chishui.However,there are no evant technical to implementation bamboo leaves deep processing so that it has caused serious resource waste.Based on this background,we had chosed Phyllostachys edulis which was an abundant reserves bamboo resource in local as the material in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of bamboo resources in Guizhou Chishui.In order to provide reliable data for the industrial production of bamboo leaves flavonoid in Guizhou,we have studied on the pilot the extraction process based on the previous research.Main contents and results of test are as follows:1.Stability study on extraction and purification process of bamboo leaves flavonoidThis paper has completed stability study by using ethanol extraction –macroporous resin purification method,and prepared bamboo leaves flavonoid refined products on the basis of lab-scale experiment.The results showed that the yield of bamboo leaves flavonoid was 1.8%-1.9%,and the purity was 26%-29%.The lab-scale process was proved good reproducibility and stability.2.Pilot-scale study on extraction technology and industrial test in bamboo leaves flavonoidThis paper had taken pilot-scale study on extraction by using experience amplification method technology.The results showed that pilot extraction process parameters were basically consistent with lab-scale experiment.The optimal parameters for the extraction was that,first extraction: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,the ethanol concentration was 50%,the immersion time was 0.5 h,the extraction temperature was 85?,and the extraction time was 1.5 h;second extraction: the solid-liquid ratio was 1: 15,the ethanol concentration was 50%,the extraction temperature was 85?,and the extraction time was 0.5 h.The total flavonoids yield of Phyllostachys edulis leaves and petiole was 1.6%-1.7%,and the extraction rate was 61%-64%.3.Study on industrialization initial experimental of bamboo leaves flavonoidIn order to verify the feasibility of the extraction process in test,the study has completed two group of industrial production test.The result shows that,the yield of bamboo leaves flavonoid was 1.3%-1.4%,and the extraction rate was 49%~53%,lower than the results of pilot-scale study.4.Physicochemical analysis of bamboo leaves flavonoidThis study has analysised the physicochemical of bamboo leaves flavonoid refined products.It was qualitatived as flavonoid through chromogenic reaction.It might have many ingredients such as flavone,flavonol,chalcone ketones,dihydrogen flavonoids and so on.Infrared spectrum analysis could be seen that the functional groups such as benzene,phenol hydroxyl,carbonyl and double bond.The physicochemical results showed that the water solubility is 6.021 g/100 g,the burning residue was 0.436%,the dry weight was 5.863%,the content of total phenol was 41.398%,and the content of isoorientin was 2.2%.Phyllostachys edulis leaves of Guizhou Chishui content lots of flavonoid and with good physicochemical properties.This study has realized the bamboo leaves flavonoid extracted from the laboratory level to the mass production of transition and transformation.It can provide guidance for the development of bamboo leaves flavonoid industrialization in the area.
