Synthesis Of Propiolamide And Its Application In The Synthesis Of Pyrrolidinone And Quinolinone Derivatives

2-Pyrrolidinone and quinolinone are the basic building blocks for many naturally products.Due to the unique reactivities,biological and pharmacological activities,they are widely used in pesticide,medicine,materials and have attracted much attention of researchers.2-Pyrrolidinones are prepared through intramolecular cyclization of propiolamide.Quinolinone compounds are synthesized by rearrangement reaction of raw materials which are obtained by reduction of 2-pyrrolidinone,and the whole work as follows:1.Propiolamide compounds are prepared through esterification,bromination,elimination and amidation from cinnamic acid.2.A series of 2-pyrrolidinone compounds are synthesized through intramolecular Michael Addition of propiolamide.3.A novel rearrangement reaction has been developed to obtain quinolinone derivatives.
