(E)-3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid and its derivatives are widely found in nature,which were extensively used in the fields of pharmacy,chemistry,food,daily necessities,feed.Especially in medicine,it has strong biological activities,such as hemostasis,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,and so on.P-hydroxy cinnamic acid is one composition of the raw material of Guangxi famous Traditional Chinese Medicine "FUXUE KANG".Therefore,p-hydroxy cinnamic acid was chosed to obtain better activity hemostatic drugs by modifying-COOH,-OH and C=C structures.A simple and practical route of synthesis ultimately was determined after long-term exploration.According to the significant differences of chemical and physical properties of product and raw materials,pure target products were obtained after extraction,precipitation and crystallization instead of using column chromatography.Comprehensive utilization of the IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,elemental analysis and single crystal diffraction,the structure of 8 kinds of the target products was identified to be 7 kinds of new compounds and 2 kinds of new crystals.Parts of activity determinations of the products have been studied.The detail as following:(1)the plasma recalcification test result showed that,for compound,LLN2,in the tested concentration range mainly showed procoagulant activity,compounds LLN1 and LLN4 exhibited anticoagulant activity at high concentration only,and procoagulant at low concentrations.(2)Through interaction with HSA with flurescence spectrophotometer and UV spectrophotometer,the interactions almostly did not present in pruducts and tryptophan residues,but in pruducts and other residues.(3)Thermodynamic parameters including k and n were known by C80 microcalorimetry test.(4)Relevant theoretical data was realized by AutoDock technology.Through the above experiments,the characteristics of derivatives were understond comprehensively to provide theoretical foundation for the pharmacological research.
