In this paper,the macroscopic and microscopic structure of honeycomb microporous modified polyester fiber and the moisture absorption and moisture permeability are studied.According to the conduction mechanism of liquid water in the fabric,a new type of single-guide wet testing instrument and evaluation method are developed,and then combined with various knitting.The hygroscopicity data of the materials were analyzed and summarized,and the development plan of the best single-guide wet fabric was discussed.Finally,the honeycomb polyester polypropylene polypropylene high-performance moisture-absorbing and quick-drying fabric was woven from the honeycomb fiber.Honeycomb microporous modified polyester fiber is a new type of functional fiber.In the production process,sulfonic acid groups and polyethylene glycol ethers are added on the basis of PET,thereby obtaining polyester modified with preliminary microporous structure trend.The honeycomb microporous modified polyester fiber was obtained by slicing and further by a high temperature flash spinning technique.The appearance,honeycomb structure and moisture absorption and moisture permeability of honeycomb fiber were tested and analyzed,and compared with ordinary polyester fiber and profiled polyester fiber,it can be seen that the surface and the cross section of the fiber are randomly distributed with diamond grooves of different sizes.The pores increase the specific surface area and roughness of the fiber,and the addition of the sulfonic acid group and the polyethylene glycol soft segment gives the honeycomb fiber excellent moisture absorption and fast drying properties.In addition,the elongation at break of the modified honeycomb fiber is obviously improved,the initial modulus is decreased,and the flexibility,drape and fatigue resistance of the fabric are also improved,but the breaking strength of the fiber is decreased,and the pair is increased.Honeycomb fiber processing performance requirements.This paper refers to the mechanical test method of longitudinal wicking,self-made experimental instrument-textile transverse wicking tester,using the principle of surface mechanics to test the wicking pressure generated by capillary action at the moment when the fabric is contacted with the liquid on both sides,and calculate the front and back sides.The wicking pressure difference,combined with the wicking curve,characterizes the transfer performance of liquid water in the direction of the thickness of the fabric.Through a comparative analysis of the liquid moisture management and lateral wicking test results of a variety of knitted fabrics,a new set of single-week wet performance evaluation methods for knitted fabrics was obtained.According to the previous test and evaluation method of single-guided wet knit fabric,a new type of honeycomb polyester polypropylene polypropylene double-sided rib needle was developed by interlacing with conventional honeycomb fiber/Lyocell fiber/polyester filament 60/20/20 45 S and polypropylene 71 S.The fabric allows the sweat to be quickly transferred from the inner polypropylene surface to the outer honeycomb polyester surface to diffuse and evaporate to achieve an excellent moisture absorption and quick drying effect.
