Foundry products are widely used in national products of all walks of life,and the casting of the production process,what business owners are most concerned about is usually the cost and quality.Therefore,this paper basing on the casting process ingredients,analyzes the impact of the optimization of the cost of the casting process ingredients,and study properties of castings produced after dosing optimization.Firstly,through analyzing the ingredients and the current stage of the foundry and several popular ingredients optimization software,the author found the database plays an important role,so first analyzed the role of enterprise users,put forward the objective requirements of the system,determined the main function of the development process and the database,and programmed a "cast iron information collection system" database.Secondly,by actual observation of the production process in the foundry,the author summed up a mathematical model of the process of casting the ingredients.Combined with genetic algorithms,mathematical models and mathematical algorithms using MATLAB programming language,developed a "based on MATLAB Optimization batching system."Finally,chose the being produced QT450-12 as experiment object,use software for process simulation ingredients,combined with the real simulation results of actual production adjustment,and ultimately determine the proportion of ingredients of raw materials.Meanwhile,analyzed the cost and mechanical properties of this proportion.
