| Foundry products are widely used in our daily life. Casting charging ratio always determines the quality of castings and its material cost, whereas most of the traditional charging mixing methods used in casting fusion depend on engineer's experiences. Hands-on show that these methods always involve time-consuming and labor-consuming calculation process, and are inclined to produce inaccurate results, high waste rates and high costs. With the improvement of computer technologies, it is possible to calculate the proportion of charging more quickly and more accurately by software. One system that could optimize the foundry charging mixing result and manage the relative information will be useful to casting production. According to the background, this paper researched and developed a foundry charging mixing software based on intranet.The paper analyzed the user's role of the potential customers, summarized theirs needs. And then defined the frame of the system would be developed, and compartmentalized the modules of the system firstly.The paper then designed the database from the aspects such as database tables, database dictionary, database integrality and background trigger codes according to the design pattern of life cycle.And then, software develop of the system was mainly discussed. The paper selected Windows 2003 Server as operation system, Visual C# 2005 as develop language to develop the system modules such as charging stock module, database management modules, charging mixing module, charging mixing list module.Finally, the system had been put into application and proved to be useful to optimize the charging mixing results and to manage the relative information efficiency. The system could operate easily, will be as a good solution proposal for foundry enterprise charging mixing process. |
