Because of limited activities, pregnant women has long time in the indoor environment.Indoor air quality has a great influence on human health, especially the health of pregnant women. In this paper,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted on the indoor environment of residential buildings and the health status of pregnant women in Beijing by using epidemiological methods.Through statistical analysis, the indoor environmental factors that increase the risk of respiratory allergic diseases of pregnant women were identified.Window-opening behavior is the most common and convenient way for people to adjust indoor air quality.Combining with the experimental test in four wards of pregnant women, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the window-opening behavior of pregnant women, provides scientific guidance for preventing respiratory allergic diseases of pregnant women and indoor environment theory evidence related to health building standards. It also provides a theoretical basis for the formulation and improvement of environmental assessment content, and provides ideas for the development of smart home software.By analyzing the status of indoor environment in residential buildings and its impact on respiratory allergic diseases of pregnant women, the results of contingency table analysis showed that:(1)the incidence of cough and asthma was higher in pregnant women with colder rooms;(2)cough and cramps of legs and feet were related to the indoor air humidity of pregnant women, and the lower humidity,The higher the rate of cough, the higher the humidity, the higher the rate of leg and foot cramp symptoms in pregnant women;(3)discomfort odor in the home is associated with asthma in pregnant women;(4)the prevalence of leg and foot cramp symptoms in pregnant women who often use air conditioning is higher;(5)the prevalence of leg and foot cramp in pregnant women who often open windows in bedrooms Higher, and cough, asthma and allergic diseases were associated with pregnant women bedroom windowing habits;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In order to study the window opening behavior of indoor pregnant women in Beijing,a one-and-a-half-month experiment was conducted in the summer of 2018,which included the monitoring records of window opening behavior of pregnant women in the cooling season in Beijing and the testing of factors that may have a direct impact on window opening behavior. Then, through the analysis of the indoor and outdoor temperature, indoor and outdoor humidity, indoor CO2 concentration, outdoor PM2.5concentration,outdoor wind speed, outdoor wind direction, solar radiation and non-environmental factors of building orientation, daily different time periods and personal habits and hospital building indoor pregnant women’s window opening behavior,we can draw the conclusion of factors affecting the window opening behavior. Finally, through the parameter selection of the environmental factors that may affect the behavior of window opening, the parameters which have significant influence on the behavior of window opening are found out,and the logistic regression analysis is carried out to establish the probability model of the behavior of window opening for pregnant women in the indoor building of the hospital during the cooling season in Beijing.
