Along with the improvement of Chinese energy system reform,energy market system will continuously promotes.Market competition will be more sufficient with the implementation of national coal-to-gas switch policy and a relaxing entry condition for each link on the LNG industrial chain.At the same time,China’s economic growth and energy demand growth slows down.Under the great changes in external environment,Shenzhen Gas Group has a steady development of its main pipeline natural gas business.However,it faces some problems as its business scope only includes pipeline gas and its foreign investment business is unitary.Under a good trend on global LNG industry,exploration on new LNG business will have a great significance for Shenzhen Gas Group for its exploring new growth areas.Striving to develop clean energy will gain favorable supports especially in the current situation that the state and Guangdong provincial government vigorously promote the Same Blue Sky in national and provincial levels.Which strategies should be adopted in order to actively explore the new LNG business? How to implement these strategies effectively? These two questions serve as the core content in the LNG strategy research for Shenzhen Gas Group and Shenzhen Gas should endeavor to analyze these problems and seek for solutions.After all,if Shenzhen Gas Group wants to excel in LNG market and be able to create new profit growth pole in accordance with the market-oriented thoughts,it must design a distinctive LNG business development strategy with comparative advantages which could greatly contribute to corporate profit growth.Based on the analysis of the market and internal environment of Shenzhen gas LNG business development,this paper analyzes the external factors affecting the development of Shenzhen gas LNG business through PEST analysis of LNG market.And through porter five analysis,analysis of LNG market competition situation and substitute for the market situation and price sensitivity of LNG industry development trends,find Shenzhen LNG business opportunities and threats faced by gas.Based on the analysis of the visible resources,invisible resources and the ability of enterprises,the advantages of Shenzhen gas in LNG business are obtained.Based on the above analysis,the environment of Shenzhen gas group is comprehensively and systematically diagnosed,and the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages of Shenzhen gas are clarified.Finally,it established the development strategy of Shenzhen gas LNG business as the cost leading competitive strategy,and formulated the implementation content,management control and risk Suggestions of the cost leading competitive strategy.The analysis and conclusions for shenzhen gas to obtain advantages in the LNG business competitive position,sustained steady development provides a theoretical basis and the suggestion,put forward the comprehensive integration of liquefied natural gas industrial chain,transport gas surge,distributed energy,issued by the size of the new business purposes,for shenzhen gas itself and at the same level of city gas enterprise in the industry,providing a development has theoretical and practical value.
