The on-line monitoring system of oilfield acidizing treatment is an important equipment to maintain efficient operation and production management,especially for the oil fields with low permeability.With the rapid development of remote control terminal and wireless communication module technology,the on-line monitoring system of acidizing operation in oil field has gradually entered the stage of informatization and intellectualization.Based on the on-line monitoring system of oilfield acidification,the problems in acidizing process can be rapidly found out by the staff and the reasonable production plan and adjustment will be easily made by the manager,which leads to high-efficiency and stablized production.At present,most of the monitoring technology of equipment and the method of data collection is in a state of low intelligence.This paper designed and developed an on-line monitoring system based on EM9170.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the importance of the on-line monitoring system of acidizing operation,and summarizes the research status,existing problems and development trend of the on-line monitoring system of oilfield acidification at home and abroad.According to the reading of a large number of relevant literature,as well as the experience of acidizing project,the overall design of the system is put forward.Secondly,According to the summary of required parameters of acidizing operation and the analysis of the detecting and measuring principle on acidizing parameters,The scheme of parameter detection was determined.And the selection design of the sensor is completed referring to the harsh environment.Thirdly,This paper focuses on the design method of evaluation coefficient of acidizing operation,analyzes different principles and compares its advantages and disadvantages.According to the actual working conditions,the evaluation method of acidizing operation is selected.Fourthly,This paper gives a detailed design process of online monitoring system of oilfield.And the control core of the monitoring system is EM9170 that is ofexcellent performance in the ARM system.The hardware circuit mainly includes a information processing module,power module,information fusion module based on TCP /IP protocol and DTU module.The design process and the detection method of circuit performanceare introduced in detail.Finally,the oilfield acidizing software system is composed of embedded module,interface,main control computer software and internet data sharing platform.Its embedded WinCE system,rich platform interface and the internet platform improve the instantaneity and reliability of the system,realizing the data share and a good remote human-computer interaction.The paper conducted the fuction experiment at Dongxin Oil Production Factory,including the hardware and software debugging,which proved the feasibility?stability and practicability of the system.
