| At present, many domestic and international oilfields have completed digital construction, and develop in the direction of the intellectualization. Production and injection wells are the basic production unit in fields so that the building of wells management model which is systematic, process-oriented and standardized has important significance to the achievement of dealing with field problems accurately, fast and efficiently. Aiming at this goal of formation of production and injection wells management mode, on the one hand, realize real-time automatic collection of the wells data, on the other hand, research and develop new diagnostic and prediction software system, so as to realize combination of hardware and software technology, diagnose and forecast problem of production and injection wells timely and dynamically, in order to improve the efficiency of field work and reduce the labor intensity of technical personnel.The production and injection wells diagnosing problem of XJ-oilfield now is mainly based on manpower analysis and the forecast of production aims at blocks. However, no system software link to the database has been created to deal with the forecast of wells production First of all, this article through field investigation and theoretical research, in view of the XJ oilfield dilute oil wells, study on the problems of production and injection wells including formation contaminant, sand flow, formation pressure decline, oil rate forecast, forecast of fluid index, forecast of stimulation effect (fracturing) and so on. Secondly,combining with the field of the latest automated data collection equipment,using the production and injection wells production data in oilfield database and single well foundation information data,we establish diagnosing and forecasting software system for dealing with the production and injection wells problems to assist production management and coordinate people to diagnose fast and search the reasons. Analysis and predict the tendency of the production and injection wells production changes, then take corresponding measures timely to avoid enlargement problem. |
