| In the background of the current international oil price downturn and the complicated geological conditions in Mahu oil field.There are many problems such as high cost and high technical requirements in the process of oil and gas exploration and development,many blocks will no longer have the value of economic exploitation if we can’t effectively reduce the production single well cost.The formation of Ma18 block and the gravel at the bottom is well developed,The poor formation drillability leads to low drilling speed,long drilling cycle and high drilling cost.Based on the research of the 3D geostress modeling technology,this paper studies the optimization of the high efficiency PDC bit and the optimization of the drilling tool according to the characteristics of extra low permeability reservoir in order to realize the Ma 18 block of optimal and fast drilling,The main research contents are as follows:(1)3D geostress modeling technology.The establishment of 3D geological structure of the model based on seismic data,combined with the single well of the ground stress prediction technology,The 3D geostress model of the Ma 18 well is established,Intuitive display of ground stress and pore pressure of the spatial distribution of the law,For the future of safe drilling to provide the basis(2)Evaluation of rock mechanical properties and bit optimization.The profile of the parameters of the continuous rock mechanics of the Ma 18 well is established,and the establishment of the preferred model of the drill bit in the Ma 18 well area,this paper has obtained the best results of the drill bit in the Ma 18 well area,and applied to the scene,Ma 18 wells in the second drilling of the well section of a total of 13 wells to achieve a trip from the drill,a total of seven wells were drilled for the third time.(3)Optimization of BHA.Through the analysis of the sensitivity of the drilling tool combination,the final set of two sets of drilling tool combination program,after field application,and achieved good results.The research of this paper provides a comprehensive theoretical guidance and technical support for the exploration and development of Ma 18 block. |
