The shortage of water resources is the main factors restricting the economic and social development,as the most consumption of water resource,the oil exploitation industry consume lots of water and discharge lots of water.The country has strict standards on its emission standards.Under the premise of ensuring the safety,reliability and compliance of water quality,it is an important content for enterprises to realize the sustainable development.Wastewater treatment system in this combined treatment station has been in operation since 2001,with the increasing difficulty of oilfield development,great changes have taken place in the produced water quality.The mismatch of water treatment chemicals and the defects of the partial treatment equipment make the effluent of the sewage treatment system not up to standard.There are polymer in the wastewater,and its content is increasing,the original medicament is no longer suitable for the present sewage treatment system also.Receiving tank is blocked up because of scaling and corrosion,reaction tank don't reach expected effect because of the scale of sewage treatment.The fiber ball filter is unreasonable in structure and it can not run normally for a long time.In this technology study,by screening out ion chelating agent,inorganic water purifying agent and polymer flocculants though controlling a single variable,we find that when the dosage of ion chelating agent is 200mg/L,inorganic water purifying agent is 200mg/L,polymer flocculants is 6mg/L,the suspended substance in effluent is7.2mg/L,The oil content is lower than the detection limit,which can basically meet the requirements of reinjection.When the sulfur content in the water is lower,the purification method can remove the sulfide effectively.When the sulfur content in the water increases,the sulfide can be removed better by adding oxidizing sulfur removal agent.In the technology improvement,remove the 7000m~3 receiver,newly build a3000m~3-storage-tank so that it can recovery the storage-removal oil ability;build new reactors and get rid of the scheme of remodeling primaryreaction tank in situ.Build 12new double filter to ensure that the content of suspend subject up to the standard in the final effluent,each filter's processing capacity is 80m~3/h.The technological process of the accident pool is reformed to meet the requirements of the fracturing acidizing fluid and workover waste liquid,and the new part of the purified water pipeline is made of fiberglass material to avoid purified water being polluted during the transportion.
