In recent years,The problem of scheduling plan of intersection of multi-product pipeline has been paid more and more attention with the increasing complexity of China's oil pipeline topology.Products pipeline with Multi-channel is studied in this paper and the main issues involved in the development of scheduling are analyzed.Aiming at the minimum volume deviation of actual downloads,taking hydraulic condition,batch delivery batch injection,flow,material balance,delivering conditions of the stations and batch migration constraints etc.into consideration,based on two kinds of delivering processes separately including constant flow delivering and variable flow delivering,the paper established the model of multi-channel products pipeline scheduling.Particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model in order to determine the input/unloading plan of multi-product pipeline.The optimization model is based on the North China oil pipeline as an example,the simulation data and field data are compared,and the main factors of oil migration and the error are analyzed.The kernel algorithm is based on C# language,and the use of Python language development multi-channel oil pipeline scheduling software.The main function of the software has three aspects including electronic pipeline modeling,automatic scheduling,data storage and maintenance.The simulation results meet the requirements of the field,and the calculation error is small.The reliability of the software is verified.
