As a new type of casing method,the top drive casing device can apply the advantages of the top drive to the casing device,to accomplish crawling,fastening,decentralization and other operations orderly.It increases the using scope of top drive system,and improve the success rate of casing program.In this paper,based on ADAMS and Simulink software,the clamping and fastening process of casing under top drive is studied.First,the mechanical model of clamping and fastening system is established according to the design scheme which is established already,defining the constraint relationships among each component,setting load and driving function in ADAMS software of mechanical model of the dynamic simulation analysis.The results show that the model can successfully realize the clamping and fastening process of the the top drive casing device.Then,the control method is selected as the electro-hydraulic servo control.The transfer function of each hydraulic component is determined according to the actual working condition.The control parameters are calculated,and then the control system is established based on Simulink.It is proved that the system can run stably.Finally,the data exchange between ADAMS and Simulink is realized by using the exchange variables.The results show that the mechanical model can achieve the desired motion.Based on the simulation,we can get the key components in the maximum load velocity,displacement,acceleration and stress curve,all the parameters meet the design requirements.It reflects the rationality of clamping and fastening system design.
