The injection molding is the preferred methods in plastic productionand one of the most important molding methods. The energy consumptionproblem of the powered by hydraulic injection machines has beenbecoming more and more obvious. Solving of this problem is related to thedevelopment of the whole plastic processing industry. This thesis is mainly about the characteristics of Injection machinehydraulic servo-system for clamping process and the influence of energyconsumption when join a accumulator. AMESim and Matlab/Simulinksoftware ware used for establishing the injection machine servo hydraulicsystem for clamping process, and then Genetic algorithm method was usedto optimize PID control parameters. Simulation results show that PIDclosed-loop control of injection machine servo hydraulic system has goodstability and accuracy.Add a accumulator in the hydraulic servo-system mold, through themethod which the accumulator complements its energy in high pressure and high flow working state and releases its energy in high voltage lowflow working state to achieve the effect of saving energy. At the samecomparative Simulation results with clamping process experiment study ofenergy consumption results, it showed that add a accumulator in thehydraulic servo-system can achieve energy-saving effect.
