As an important part of corporate strategy,competition strategy is one of the current research hotspots.The formulation of a competitive strategy requires an analysis of the external environment in which the company is located,including national political policies,laws and regulations,macroeconomics,market conditions,and local social culture.It also analyzes the company’s own strengths and weaknesses.Opportunities and challenges.The specific background feature of the current pharmaceutical equipment industry is the Regulation on the Quality of Pharmaceutical Production issued by the Chinese government in2010,which has had a major impact on pharmaceutical production companies and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies,resulting in the quality control and risk control of pharmaceutical production in China.Requirements to achieve the world advanced level.China’s drug manufacturers must improve the quality management of drug production.One of the key points in improving quality management is that pharmaceutical equipment must comply with new laws and regulations.In the context of industry production quality specifications,Bosch Packaging,as a supplier of high-quality,high-quality pharmaceutical production equipment,will usher in a good opportunity for business development.This article discusses Bosch Packaging’s competitive strategic plan in China under this background.This paper discusses the development environment and implementation of the competitive strategy of Bosch Packaging Technology(Hangzhou)Co.,Ltd.,a Fortune 500 company in the pharmaceutical equipment industry.First,it conducts research on domestic and foreign literatures,and then analyzes the internal and external environment of Bosch Packaging.In the macro environment,the competitive situation,the customer demand in China market,the competitor CPM,the internal environment of the Bosch packaging is described in the internal environment,the internal resources of Bosch packaging and the enterprise capacity of Bosch Packaging.Analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Bosch Packaging,and uses SWOT matrix analysis the SO,ST,WO and WT strategy and select and formulate the competitive strategy of Bosch Packaging Total Cost Leading and Differentiated Competition.Finally,the Bosch packaging competition strategy was specifically deployed and implemented.The total cost leadership strategy adopted multiple use of standard parts,multi-sector collaboration,cross-management,training of local suppliers,team echelon construction,self-built factories,etc.,differentiated In the competitive strategy,product differentiation,technical differentiation,marketing differentiation and service differentiation are adopted.From the four aspects of corporateculture construction,personnel training,crisscrossing organizational structure and leadership enhancement,the implementation of competitive strategy has been enhanced.The research of this paper is expected to bring relevant reference value for Bosch Packaging and pharmaceutical equipment counterparts in participating in market competition and achieving sustainable development.
