The normal cold-drawn steel tube needs to be machined before it can be used in the camshaft of the car engine,and the high-precision cold-drawn steel tube can be used directly as the raw material for the camshaft.In this paper,the manufacturing process of high precision cold-drawn steel tube is studied,and the key process in its manufacturing process is intelligently improved to ensure the quality of high-precision cold-drawn steel tube.First briefly introduced the cold drawn steel tube manufacturing technology,discusses the intelligent cold drawing process and the status quo at home and abroad,this paper expounds the cold drawing process influence on product quality,each process steps in the analysis of the deficiency of traditional cold drawing process,intelligent and put forward specific requirements for improvement.According to the technical requirements of cold drawing steel tube,the overall scheme of high precision cold drawing technology was designed,and the multi-agent production process system was put forward.Separately on the basis of the production process of annealing,pickling,steel tube cold drawing process and product quality testing,the design of the four intelligent agent unit,each unit to use sensors to monitor,access to the state,through the intelligent agent and processing,adjust and control the whole production process.A master controller is used to coordinate the four agents to achieve distributed management of the production process.Through the cold drawing process of the further research of cold drawing process and product quality testing,the design of cold drawing process and nondestructive testing two intelligent agent unit,the use of a speed sensor and pressure sensor to obtain the cold drawing chuck clamping force and speed of steel pipe cold drawing process information,such as using S3C2440 controller to analyze the information processing,control clamp clamping force,ensure the smooth progress of the production process,the use of magnetic flux leakage inspection system to find and eliminate defects in steel pipe.The distributed architecture based on CAN bus is also designed,and the information interaction of the whole production system CAN be realized through the connection between CAN transceiver,CAN controller and intelligent agent unit.Finally,set up a high precision cold drawn steel tube of intelligent manufacturing platform,some tests are carried out at the scene of the enterprise,the test results show that through to control the scene of the production process parameters,improve the quality of the cold drawn steel tube and the precision of cold drawn steel tube.
