High-precision cold drawn pipe has obvious advantages, it has been widely used in mining machinery, hydraulic pneumatic cylinder, automotive and petroleum industry. Therefore, research and development of low cost, high efficiency and high precision tube is non cutting high precision parts become possible. The technology will become a development trend of pipe parts.In this paper, I combined with the characteristics of cold drawing, hydroforming and hydrodynamic lubrication, On the basis of previous studies, I studied the forming mechanism of high-precision hydraulic flexible drawing in depth; Analysis of mechanical deformation characteristics of pipe plastic forming mold under high pressure oil’s role; theoretical analysis of a series of system parameters of the relationship between drawing force, oil pressure, oil film thickness; design new cold drawing dies, Comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of conventional cold-drawing dies and the previous design molds, and optimized design for it. Use Deform-3D finite element software simulation comparative analysis of conventional mold and forming process pulling empty and mechanical processes under different hydraulic pulling new mold empty. Pull system with the new mold experiments under different hydraulic measured drawing force, the surface roughness of the pipe wall thickness changes. Comparative analysis of the theoretical calculations, finite element modeling and experimental measurements. Determine a reasonable hydraulic flexible cold drawing process plan, provide the basis for the actual production of high precision cold drawn tubes.
