Citrus yield large,rich nutrition and no pathogenic bacteria resistance to low temperature storage process,lead to not resistant to storage,at present,there are mainly physical,biological,chemical control methods,including chemical methods have residual harm the human body.This paper mainly studies the ultrasonic cleaning before treatment with essential oil compound film two green technology application in citrus preservation effect investigation of its control effect on postharvest diseases of citrus and the influence on fruit quality,optimization of process parameters,for citrus postharvest diseases prevention and control to provide a safe and effective way.The conclusions are as follows:1.Ultrasonic cleaning pretreatment:xia Chen as the research object,by using the response surface analysis method,investigates the temperature?25-45??,time?5-15 min?,power?350-750 w?of the surface of the different conditions of ultrasonic cleaning on the postharvest citrus microbes and mold removal effect,and the decay rate in the process of citrus storage area and the influence of respiratory rate,decay.The results showed that the temperature of ultrasonic treatment was the main factor that affected the degree of decomposition and respiration rate of citrus.With the increase of temperature,the rate of decomposition of citrus,the area of decomposition and respiration rate decreased significantly.At the same time,the increase of ultrasonic processing time has a certain inhibitory effect on the respiration rate of citrus.The optimum process parameters of ultrasonic cleaning were determined as temperature 45,time 15min and power 460 W.Verify the test results show that the optimized conditions of citrus storage process of the decay rate of 0,rotting area 0,respiratory rate 39.47 mgCO2·kg-1·h-1,results and the predicted value close to effectively implement the prevention and control of postharvest diseases of citrus,for the application of ultrasonic in prevention and control of postharvest diseases of citrus laid a foundation.2.Control effect of propyl isothiocyanate?AITC?-chitosan on citrus post-harvest disease:Citrus as the research object,the method of using AITC-chitosan composite film was studied.The effects of AITC-chitosan composite film on the disease control of citrus were investigated by vitro experiments and vivo experiments.The vitro experimental results showed that AITC can effectively inhibit the growth of finger penicillium,and the inhibitory effect increases with the increase of concentration.When the concentration of AITC 5%,complete inhibition of moulds.In vivo experiments showed that the processing of AITC oils,can reduced the farmer decay rate,slow decay area augmentation,rotting rate,rotting area was significantly smaller than the control group,the weightlessness rate of no significant differences in general,can effectively delay the arrival of respiratory peak,and showed that treatment group arrival of respiratory peak,the lower the content of AITC,respiratory rate suppress the better the results.However,with the increase of the concentration of AITC,the quality of citrus fruits gradually decreased,and the concentration of essential oil reached 5%.The citrus fruit produced a new disease,the oil bag was dry and the weight loss rate increased.Comprehensive indicators,using composite film coating,AITC concentration was 0.5%,citrus storage effect is better,at the end of the storage rot rate reduced by 50.5%,rot area is reduced by 84%,the weightlessness rate reduced by 38%,which can effectively inhibit the growth of moulds,and protect the fruit quality,thus determine the AITC in the optimal concentration of chitosan membrane was 0.5%.3.study on fresh of Citrus by propyl isothiocyanate?AITC?-chitosan:Citrus as the research object,uses the AITC-0.5%chitosan coating processing,by investigating the Citrus during storage index?physiological index,fruit quality,fruit index?of the changes.Results showed that the 8?storage environment,AITC treatment group coating could effectively reduced the rot rate,the delay of the late mature,aging,AITC treatment group compared with control subjects can effectively inhibit the respiration rate,lower respiratory peak,at the same time,the treatment group decreased pH,titratable acid content,total soluble solids and reducing sugar increased,show that AITC treatment group can promote tangerine sugar content increases,reduce acidity.The POD reached the lowest level on the 12th day,and the overall effect of SOD was not obvious.In 25?storage environment,AITC treatment group in 9 days was completely lost the value of the fruit,room temperature chitosan treatment effect for the control group,the fruit quality significantly AITC-chitosan composite film effect is poor relative to the control group.
