Fire flooding enlargement project has been developed in a wellblock of Xinjiang oil field in 2015,produced gas from the fire flooding wellblock will reached 210×10~4 Nm3/d.Focusing on the issue of produced gas over-discharged,this paper makes a study on fire flooding wellblock produced gas reinjection,method of produced gas be reinjected into formation to realize zero emissions of produced gas.First of all,this paper investigates the domestic and international produced gas research progress,then analyzes the current situation of the produced gas desulfurization technology.According to the produced gas condition and treatment scale in this district,this paper uses acid gas reinjection program as reference and puts forward the produced gas reinjection program based on the relevant standards.In consideration of the produced gas reinjection influence factors,this paper uses HYSYS software to simulate the produced gas phrase equilibrium,including vapor-liquid phase equilibria,produced gas hydrate and water dew point,those will help us to judge the state in process condition.Produced gas reinjection needs desulfurization process according to the reinjection requirements,in that way,choosing the appropriate desulfurization agent and confirming the relevant parameters of desulfurization tower is the key to the design of desulfurization tower.According to the wellblock reinjection pressure,we can choose the appropriate compressors and gathering and transportation modes.According to partial pressure acidic components,we can choose the appropriate tube stock to transport produced gas to the wellblock.
