Influence Factor Of Stability Of Water-in-biodiesel Emulsion

Nowadays,with the development of the society,the necessities of petroleum is increasing sharply.Meanwhile,it is an important thing that the profit should be considered to be the key to petroleum exploration,but environment protection is also an necessory factor during the drilling and EOR.In the process of environment protection for drilling,the drilling fluid plays the most important role whatever the drilling place is.There are a lot of sorts of drilling fluid,and the oil based drilling fuild should also take consideration of the environment.Diesel,as the base oil,is harm to the environment and people who live near the place for petroleum explorition.So someone come up with the idea that using white oil or ester oil for drilling fuild.In this paper we mainly talk about biodieselas one kind of ester oil for emulsion,and the quality of the emulsion and the facter which can change the quality of the emulsion.Because of the count of the application for oil based drilling fuild is not enough,and the cost of material of biodiesel is increasing,the property of it is changing.So we here study one kind of biodiesel,the wasted cooking oil as base oil for drilling fuild.And we deeply study how the emulsifier,the saline solution and temperature influence the emulsion of base oil.Finally we test the stability of the emulsion and optimize the formulation of it,then it turn out to be oil based emulsion with good rheological property and high emulsion-breaking voltage.And its voltage is approximately up to 720 V at the temperature of 120 centigrade.
