Research On Key Techniques Of 3D Visualization Assembly Process Publishing System

In the process of designing and assembling complex products,enterprises are gradually implementing the integrated information management mode based on the 3d model.And the three-dimensional assembly process electronic document becomes an important technical document to guide the assembly work.The application of three-dimensional assembly process electronic document can greatly shorten the Learning time of assembly process and improve the assembly quality.In view of the fact that most enterprises still use 2D paper documents as assembly guidance documents for workshop,this paper studies the key technology of visual 3D assembly technology release according to the process characteristics of complex product assembly.The specific work contents are as follows:(1)The technical system of 3D assembly technology release is studied.The demand for 3D assembly technology in the assembly industry was analyzed.Based on the process of assembly process design and release,the technology architecture of 3D assembly technology and its two modules were presented: The digital design of 3D assembly process and the digital release of 3D assembly process information.(2)The digital design technology of 3D assembly process is studied.The structure change of product BOM in assembly process planning and design was analyzed.The assembly process planning and design process based on assembly unit division and assembly unit assembly technology based on BOM were put forward.According to the organization and distribution method of assembly process information,build assembly process tree to structure and manage 3D assembly process information.(3)The 3D assembly process information management and publishing technology are studied.The 3D assembly process information model was constructed and the assembly process information database was designed and the process data retrieval method was completed.Aiming at the field application of assembly process and the exchange of process information with other systems,a 3D assembly process release process is given.(4)Based on the above theoretical results,a 3D assembly process distribution system was developed and the realization process of system landing,assembly process production,assembly process information management,assembly process preparation and assembly process was verified with the example of rail vehicle bogie.
