Indoor PM2.5,as an important particle pollutant,has seriously affected people’s living standards and physical health.Micro-electrostatic technology is the most advanced electrostatic filtration technology with the highest efficiency,which has a significant effect in the control of PM2.5 pollution.However,the current research on micro-electrostatic technology is mainly the actual performance testing and application improvement,without systematic theoretical and experimental studies.Based on the research of the traditional electrostatic filtration technology,this paper established the theoretical calculation model of the micro electrostatic filter and set up four experimental test platforms.The more comprehensive experimental research on the micro electrostatic filter and equipment was carried out.Through the theoretical and experimental study of micro-electrostatic technology,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The calculated efficacies calculated by Deutsch formula and the resistances calculated by CFD are all consistent with the experimental results,but the theoretical values are slightly higher than the actual values.The PM2.5 weight efficiency is similar to the 0.7μm particle count efficiency.The resistance of the rectangular channel micro-electrostatic filter can be reduced by 23-25% compared with the parallelogram channel.(2)Under the same frontal wind speed,PM2.5 filtration energy efficiency of micro-electrostatic filter is larger than that of media filter.Adding a media filter in front of the micro-electrostatic filter can increase efficiency and slow attenuation,but also reduce PM2.5 filtration energy efficiency.The G4 filter is more suitable than the F7 filter in combination with the micro-electrostatic filter.(3)A2 dust is more suitable for the dust holding performance test of electrostatic filter than the ASHRAE dust.The fixed dust volume method and the fixed water consumption method can respectively compare the dust holding capacity and performance recovery ability of the electrostatic filter.Atmospheric dust can be used for grading particle size counting efficiency test of electrostatic filter and the calculated value of weight efficiency is more suitable for electrostatic filter performance evaluation than the measured value.Quality factor can be used to evaluate the electrostatic filter initial performance and overall process performance.(4)The initial PM2.5 purification efficiency of the micro-electrostatic type fresh air purifier is high-efficiency grade,which is 1.8-2.2 times that of the media type.Under the same conditions,the micro-electrostatic type fresh air purifier has better long-term performance.Before and after the long-term operation,the PM2.5 filtration efficiency of the micro-electrostatic filter has reduced by a smaller extent which has better dust collection performance than that of the media filter.The PM2.5 filtration efficiency of ion micro-electrostatic type air purifier and indoor PM2.5 concentration has a significant negative correlation.With the increase of dust holding volume,the PM2.5 filtration efficiency firstly increases and then decreases for media type air purifier.
