A Research Of Residents' Attribution To Corporate Environmental Behavior And The Public Guiding Policy

Enterprises are one of the important social economic entities,whose environmental behavior plays an important role in the process of constructing the low carbon,green,circular economy and the ecological civilization,so the government has enacted many regulations to guide the enterprise environment behavior.However,compared with governmental regulations,the market incentives stimulated by residents' demand are more likely to promote the behavior,therefore this paper is creatively from the perspective of resident's demand to design the guidance policy.This paper adopted the questionnaire to collect the data of residents' attribution to enterprise environmental behavior.Through Exploratory Factor Analysis,we found out the three driving factors of enterprise environmental behavior: policy driving factor,market driving factor and social responsibility driving factor,further,we found the relationship among the driving factors through Confirmatory Factor Analysis,the relation index between the driving factors and residents' purchasing behaviors through Correlation Analysis,and sources of resident gaining the enterprise environmental information through Descriptive Statistics.The results showed that: the residents believed that the enterprise environmental behavior was driven by the three factors,but policy driving factor and market driving factor were more obvious.What was more,residents also thought the policy driving factor had the opposite effects on the market driving factor and social responsibility factor,and market driving factor and social responsibility driving factor interacted with each other in the relationship of three factors.Moreover,the residents' purchasing behavior was affected by social responsibility driving factor and marketing driving factor obviously,but it was not impelled significantly by the policy driving factor,and the TV and Internet are most frequent ways to get the enterprise environmental information.Eventually,this paper put forward some suggestions about how government guiding the resident to attribution correctly and purchase the clean products,includingthe government leading the resident to learning the reason of enterprise environmental behavior thoroughly,gaining the enterprise environmental information through multiple sources,playing the positive effect on promoting enterprise environmental behavior and supporting the products from these enterprises.In addition,the suggestions for government to facilitate the enterprise environmental behavior were also put forward.
