The essence of "barrier-free clothing design" is to eliminate the difficulties and obstacles in clothing.The ideal goal is to provide users with comfortable and convenient clothing experience.Most of these people rely on wheelchairs for daily activities,so they are known as wheelchairs.This subject is a research on the design of barrier-free garments for this group of research objects.According to the 6th national population census and the second national sample survey on disability,there were more than 85 million disabled people in China at the end of 2015,of which more than 34 million were physically disabled.You can realize a third of them are physically disabled.At the same time,with the development of society,people pay more and more attention to social equity.Therefore,the needs of people with disabilities are also worthy of respect.In the country’s 13 th five-year plan,It clearly puts forward the process of accelerating the well-off society of the disabled,the rehabilitation of disabled people and the construction of barrier-free environment.Based on the situation of disabled people in China,this research is carried out.This topic is based on the concept of " barrier-free design",People with lower extremities mainly include those with physical disability and normal activity decline.we find problems by analyzing existing product cases,questionnaire,tracking,and design practices.Provide the disabled with suitable products to improve their quality of life.Bottoms of clothing and structural problems,focus on garment version analysis.Functional problems determined by daily behaviors.Analysis of materials and aesthetic requirement.With the advent of the aging society and the increasing trend of the disabled,we have studied the way to wear clothing without limit,and provided services and help for the disabled.It has certain realistic significance and social research value.
