Remote Service System Of CNC Bending Machine

Bending machine is a general equipment for bending and forming process of metal sheet.It is widely used in many important production industries,such as automobile manufacturing,household appliances,aviation and transportation.The manufacturers and users of bending machine are all over the world.With the globalization of the world economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,the enterprise management strategy is changing gradually.It is imminent to improve the service quality and efficiency and reduce the service cost for the bending machine manufacturing enterprises.This requires the remote service system of the CNC bending machine.The remote service system of the CNC bending machine is divided into four parts,which are data acquisition layer,intermediate transport layer,local service layer and remote service layer.By comparing the two acquisition methods,the system adopts two ways of collecting.One is to use various sensors and signal acquisition circuits to detect the running state of the field bending machine.Another way is to get relevant data through the communication between the main controller and the bending machine controller.This part is implemented by STM32F103VET6 microprocessor as the main controller.After the main controller collects the data,the data is sent to the local service program,which is completed through serial communication.Then The local service program transmits the data to the remote service program,which is completed through the TCP protocol of LabVIEW.After processing the data,the service program provides related services,including use of help,state display,state record,fault diagnosis,maintenance prompt,remote guidance,programming service,software remote upgrade,remote video surveillance.This part is implemented by LabVIEW software.The remote service system of the CNC bending machine is independent of the original CNC system of the bending machine.It can predict some hidden troubles of the bending machine,provide new service content such as remote programming service,remote upgrade and remote guidance.And it is helpful to solve the problem of high maintenance cost for the bending machine production enterprise.It is also helpful to solve the problem of low production efficiency for the bending machine using enterprise.This paper completes the design of hardware and software for CNC bending machine remote service system,and the results of the test also verify the rationality and effectiveness of the design.
