| Fenugreek department of leguminous plants,is mainly used for medicine and gum making,its utilization rate is low.At present,the research and utilization of the effective components of gourba residue after degumming are seldom studied.In this paper,glue to fenugreek residue as main raw materials,the design of fenugreek skincare product development research route is glued fenugreek,residue extraction fenugreek polysaccharide and extract determination of polysaccharide moisturizing,extract antioxidant and whitening activities,four kinds of fenugreek skincare formulation and process,efficacy test and quality control effect evaluation.1.The water loss rate as index,measured the water loss rate of Fenugreek polysaccharide solution(solid content 2%)at different relative humidity conditions.The experimental results showed that placed for 48h at 25℃,RH was 43%and 81%water loss rate was 3.59%and 3.42%.2.The free radical scavenging rate as index,the free radical scavenging rate of fenugreek polysaccharide solution and fenugreek extract(solid content 4%)was measured.The experimental results showed that the free radical scavenging rate of fenugreek polysaccharide solution and fenugreek extract to ABTS+·,·OH,O2-· were 39.5%,78.2%,14.2%and 55%,55.7%,72.4%.3.The inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity as index,the inhibition rate of the extract of fenugreek extract on tyrosinase activity was determined.The results showed that the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity by fenugreek extract(lOmg/mL)was 98.4%.4.1t was determined that the fenugreek skincare product had a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,fecal coliform,and Bacillus subtilis.5.The national standard method was used to detect the microorganism and heavy metal of the experimental products of fenugreek skin care products meet the standard requirements of the light industry industry.It can be proved that the skin care products of fenugreek are safe and probable.6.Through the determination,four fenugreek skincare products in the 200nm～400nm,the absorption of ultraviolet light can effectively block ultraviolet rays,prevent tanning with sun protection effect.7.Fenugreek skincare products are not irritating to human skin,and there are no erythema,pigmentation,skin allergies.After long-term use,the skin becomes hydrated,smooth,delicate,effectively improving skin problems. |
