The Application Of Sichuan Qingshen Bamboo Weaving Texture In Luggage And Bag Design

this topic involves the inheritance and protection of China's intangible cultural heritage,which has a large space for development and research value.This paper aims at finding a pointcut from the transformation of bamboo weaving art to provide systematic theoretical support for the development and innovation of luggage and bag design,and to put forward thinking and solutions for the transformation of all the dying handicrafts.By means of the analysis of bamboo weaving elements applied in modern life,it is concluded that the bamboo weaving is able to continue to develop if it is extended to the living necessities.As the carrier,the luggage and bag is a bold attempt.There is no doubt that China has a great demand for innovative luggage and bag.By analyzing the current situation of the development of luggage and bag at home and abroad,it is found that the luggage and bag brands in China is of low quality;and it is common that the homemade brands often plagiarize the foreign brands while the enduring foreign brands mostly benefit from the constant breakthroughs and innovations on the premise that the luggage and bag is of high quality.Therefore,how to make innovations of the luggage and bag becomes the top priority of this paper.This research not only fuels the inheritance of traditional culture and the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China in the future,but also opens up a new way for the innovation of weaving design of the luggage and bag.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces the selection basis of the topic,the current situation of the research,the research purpose,significance and research methods of this paper,etc.;the second chapter preliminarily explores the bamboo weaving art of Qingshen,including the historical process of the development of Qingshen bamboo weaving as well as the opportunities and challenges it is facing with;the third chapter studies the craft of Qingshen bamboo weaving,grasps the weaving techniques of bamboo weaving and deeply analyses the pattern and texture of weaving;the fourth chapter states the current situation of the luggage and bag design,and emphatically probes into the methods to innovate the texture design of luggage and bag;the fifth chapter proposes the design scheme based on the theoretical support of the above chapters and completes the final practical design;the sixth chapter draws the conclusion of this paper and puts forward the expectation of the following researches.This paper puts forward a construction for the future development of bamboo weaving,and applies this construction into the design of the luggage and bag,combining theory with practice.It is hoped that this paper can provide valuable clues to the innovative application of bamboo weaving and other intangible cultural heritage in the design of the luggage and bag.
