Compressed air leakage is common in weaving workshop.The leakage m ainly comes from pipeline transportation,connection attachment and use point equip ment,which involves three processes of compressed air production,transportation an d use.Due to pipeline corrosion,third party damage and equipment's aging and bre akage during use,no timely repair and replacement caused leakage.Compressed air leakage will directly cause energy waste and economic losses,so the operation of the compressed air in weaving workshop management process,need timely and effe ctive to detect leaks,determine the position of the leakage,the assessment of the s everity of the leak,study the law of leakage.This paper adopts the research metho d combining theory with practice,and makes the following research on the leakage of compressed air in the weaving workshop:Based on the basic equations of compressed air flow,a pipeline model is estab lished for the normal and leakage conditions of compressed air pipes.According to the equation of motion and energy equation,the variation distribution of pressure and temperature along the pipeline is discussed.The pore model,macroporous mod el and crack model of compressed air pipeline were established,and the leakage of different leakage types was studied,and the leakage location formula was deduced.A model of compressed air leakage and diffusion is established,and the diffusion behavior of compressed air in the atmosphere is analyzed and described.Based on the fluid dynamics theory and the leakage signal detection method,t he leak detection experiment platform of compressed air pipeline was built based o n the theoretical basis of the leakage model of the pipe.A method for leak detecti on and location of compressed air pipeline is proposed.The experimental bench can be used to simulate the test and positioning of compressed air line under different pressure and leakage aperture.On this basis,researched on the relationship betwee n the parameters of the leak,compared the different specifications of the pipe leaka ge,analyzes the causes of the differences,discusses the pipeline leakage when com pressed air change rule of each parameter.The results show that the leakage is rela ted to the pressure,the size of the leak aperture and the temperature change of theaperture surface.The pipe is divided into a pipe section by the leakage location.When the pipe is leaking,the flow,pressure,speed and density of the compressed air are changed.Based on the existing research results of leak detection at home and abroad,a ccording to the similarity,gas combined with compressed air using the environment requirements and characteristics of research to determine the suitable for weaving workshop compressed air leak detection and location method.In this paper,the met hod of combining flow measurement and ultrasonic wave with infrared thermal ima ging technology is proposed,in which the flow meter is quantitative to the leakage,and ultrasonic wave is affected by infrared thermal image.In order to investigate the compressed air leakage in weaving workshop,a leak experiment was conducted in a weaving workshop in xi 'an.Based on the air jet loom in weaving workshop,this paper analyzes the leakage problem of compressed air from the filling mechanism of air jet loom.The energy consumption of the lea kage was assessed,the source of the leakage was analyzed,the cause of leakage w as studied,and the law of leakage was discussed.On this basis,the relationship be tween the leakage quantity,energy consumption,pressure drop and temperature chan ge on the surface of leakage location is studied.The results show that the leakage and energy consumption increase with the increase of pressure drop and temperature change.The leakage repair and optimization measures were put forward for the co mpressed air leakage in the weaving workshop.It is found that repairing and optim izing can reduce the running cost of textile enterprises and reduce the waste of ene rgy.In order to further analyze the leakage problem research,through the establish ment of physical connection,based on the same condition,the compressed air pipin g model,pipeline leak detection test bench and compressed air to the organic comb ination of the actual leak weaving workshop,theory with the actual leak leakage of contrast.On this basis,the function relationship between the leakage amount and pore diameter,pore diameter surface temperature,pore diameter and temperature cha nge is studied in the actual supply pressure of 0.6mpa in the loom workshop.In vi ew of the actual parameters of the pipe,an example is given to analyze the pipelin e model.The results show that the deviation between the parameters of the pipeline model and the actual operation parameters can be used as the theoretical basis forthe leak judgment.The actual leakage is corresponding to the parameters of specif ic change,which is easy to leak qualitative research.With the rapid development of modern textile technology,the problem of comp ressed air leakage is becoming more and more serious.To carry out the research of compressed air leaks,weaving workshop can not only guarantee the stability of th e compressed air supply system and compressed air supply system can improve the textile enterprise operation management level,prolong the service life of the produ ction and use some equipment,to further improve the economic benefit and social benefit of the compressed air system.
