With the continuous development of textile technology,compressed air has become the second largest power source after power for textile enterprises,while the production of compressed air is a high energy consumption process.In the most of textile enterprises,energy consumption of compressed air system exceeds 30% of the total energy consumption.Therefore,the compressed air system energy saving has become a major problem of textile enterprises energy conservation and emission reduction.According to the research object,using the research methods of theoretical analysis combined with experiment and testing,The compressed air system is fully integrated with intelligent leak plugging technology and textile enterprises,so as to realize the energy saving operation of the air compressor system in textile mill.We conclude that the compressed air leakage,leakage aperture,the relationship curve between the pressure of the pipeline,to provide reference for determining the different diameter of the compressed air leak leakage.Innovatively put forward the measures of energy saving in air pressure in the economy of which one is higher,more practical,to reduce the air pressure and leak plugging terminal equipment the two energy saving technology.Detection of leakage of air jet loom,power consumption,analysis of the distribution of energy consumption of textile enterprises,which help us fully understand the current stage of textile enterprises in the jet loom leakage in what kind of state.The different causes of the leakage of sealing solutions for compressed air is different,to provide reference for the detection and subsequent plugging work of enterprises.Through studying the economical and energy-saving benefits of plugging the compressed air system,it can provide a reference for enterprises to establish normalized leak detection and sealing system for compressed air system.Reducing the compressed air waste of textile enterprises,so that enterprises reduce operating costs and improve market competitiveness,while China’s positive response to the energy-saving emission reduction,green production and other strategic planning.In addition,this paper mainly analyzes the relationship between the pressure of pipeline,leakage point and leak in compressed air system and the application of leak detection and leakage plugging technology in air-jet loom workshop.At the same time,The air pressure,compressed air leakage and annual power consumption of several kinds of air-jet looms are tested,and some relevant conclusions are drawn from the research and analysis of the test data to provide reference for engineering optimization design.This paper has carried on the plugging to some test models,and quantified the real economic benefit which can be brought by leak detection and plugging through the process of leak detection and plugging,and studied the investment payback period of the technology.Aircompressor system to implement energy-saving optimization as a work reference and basis.
