The Development And Application Of Material Flow Management System

The production process of new rare earth materials such as NdFeB sheet includes orders,formulations,ingredients,circulation,production,packaging and transportation.At present,between each link of production process in most of the enterprises in information transmission,material transfer and transition process are made by artificial paper sheet,human factors can often cause problems of low efficiency,unqualified products,product consistency is poor,affecting the normal production and operation of enterprises.Nowadays,the demand for product quality is getting higher and higher,the demand for the price is getting lower and lower,and the production and processing speed of the product is getting faster and faster.In order to meet the continuous improvement of customers and cope with increasingly severe market competition,we must eliminate errors in production process and reduce personnel costs and production costs in the process.Aiming at the systematic problems that may occur in the production process of new rare earth materials such as Nd-Fe-B sheet,this paper designs and develops a management and control system for the production process of new rare earth materials based on Internet technology by using ASP.NET technology based on C#language after consulting a large number of relevant data.According to the actual needs of enterprises,a user interface is designed to meet the requirements of material flow management,and a database suitable for the system is built.The whole system takes flexibility and convenience as the core of design and development,and is divided into four functional modules: order function module,batching function module,storage function module and user management module.ASP.NET control is flexibly used in several functional modules,GridView control is widely used to display table data,DropDownList control is used to display drop-down menu options.Use div control flexibility,according to user needs for page layout.The database of the system stores all kinds of data in different libraries for easy management.The system in this subject has been running normally,which verifies the feasibility of the system framework and completes the goal of the subject.
