Mainly waste emulsion comes from the mechanical processing and metal surface treatment process where the use of antiseptics,lubricants,and coolants are recycled until the waste is spoiled.With the rapid development of modern machinery manufacturing,the amount of emulsion has rapidly increased.However,there is a significant defect in the use of emulsions,that is,after a certain period of time,they will deteriorate and become industrial waste liquids.The discharge of waste emulsions will cause serious pollution and damage to the environment,so the use and waste of emulsions The treatment of emulsions has been increasingly restricted by environmental regulations.It has become an important subject for the study of modem emulsions to research and popularize effective waste emulsion purification and regeneration technology and waste emulsion recycling technology.Due to the extremely high concentrations of pollutants such as oil(petroleum),nitrite,and COD,waste emulsifiers are complex in composition,so improper handling will cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,improper handling will cause severe environmental pollution.After use,the spent emulsion is not all invalid,but just the impurities in the emulsion are too much,what affect its use effect.But also accompanied by the risk of abrading the machine,so all the waste emulsion discharge is not as effective as the treatment process and the cycle use,whether economic or environmental protection is more desirable.The article describes in detail the changes in the performance of waste emulsions after various effective treatment process technologies.In the experiment,incomplete chemical coagulation,ozone flotation,and electrocoagulation were used.The experiments used physical and chemical methods to reduce the various impurities and metal particles in the waste emulsion without reducing the original use of the emulsion.And by testing the filterability of the emulsion,determine the merits of the emulsifier,and then evaluate the treated waste emulsion.At the end of the experiment,the indicators of the treated waste emulsion were analyzed in detail.The results of the tests can all meet the national standards for the preparation and use of emulsions.The experiment achieved the purpose of use after repair,and proved the effectiveness of the purification and regeneration technology.In the experiment,the optimum process parameters of the operating equipment were determined by detecting changes in the COD,conductivity,rust resistance,and pH of the emulsion.
