Rail transportation in inclined roadway is one of the transportation systems of mine production system,is the weak link of mine safety management,and is also the difficulty and key point of mine management.Roadcar protection device in inclined lane is an important safety equipment for mine inclined shaft hoisting and transportation.It is installed in the inclined lane of coal mine.The control signal of synchronous operation of position sensor and winch is used to make the blocking network in a "normally closed" protective state,such as the sports car due to rope breakage and decoupling.Based on the actual situation in Xinglongzhuang Mine,this paper analyzed the protection device of inclined roadway sports car,combined with the accident of inclined roadway sports car,according to the existing problems of "H" type barrier used in the mine,put forward the design idea of inclined roadway sports car protection device as "wire rope + channel steel" energy absorption barrier device.Its structure is simple and reliable with little damage to the mine car,roadway and anti-running car device.According to the relevant requirements,the relevant principles are put forward for the design of the barrier of the catching net,and the overall structure of the barrier is designed.According to the mechanical knowledge,the calculation model of the time,impact force and strength of the barrier is given.According to the theoretical knowledge,the calculation model of the time,impact force and strength of the barrier is given.Under the guidance of knowledge,the barrier of the catching net has been developed,and the effect is better after underground test.According to the requirement of flexible energy absorption device for wire rope in underground,the structural design diagram of the energy absorption device has been given,and the research has been carried out.According to the characteristics of the energy absorption device,the mechanical simplification has been carried out,and the rigid and flexible strength correction model has been given.At the same time,the test scheme of underground vehicle catching net is carried out.Through underground test,it lays a foundation for effectively reducing the hidden danger of accidents,improving the safety and reliability of inclined roadway rail transport facilities,preventing accidents caused by misoperation and realizing the intrinsic safety of inclined roadway rail transport.
