Car arrester is an important equipment to guarantee safety operation in the process of production and transportation in coal mine, and the selection of car arrester control mode is not only related to the efficiency of transportation, also related to the safety of personnel operating and the safety reliability of mine. Electric car arrester is taking the place of the car arrester of the manual control mode now, then the control mode is not remote control further. Thus for the control mode of car arrester, this paper will design a kind of system for mine car remote controlling car arrester, and it makes highly sense.Car arrester system in this paper includes car arrester control part and the mechanical part. And control part includes wireless transmission controller, wireless receiving circuit and the main controller; the mechanical part mainly includes the car block and mechanical linkage parts. Control part is based on PT2262/PT2272wireless communication module to design, and uses the AT89S52single-chip microcomputer as the processing chip, meanwhile adds a position sensor, LED display, APR9600sound chip and the corresponding control module. According to the actual circumstance of mine and the related requirements, control part will achieve the wireless communication transmitting in a reliable and stable way within the prescribed scope, car arrester control, car arrester position detection, state hint, fault alarm, manual control, and other functions. By pushing the buttons, the wireless remote controller sent the wireless control commands and sets up address number and display information by the LCD. Wireless receiver receive the control command information, which then will be verified to be accurate or not, then sent corresponding control command information to the main control unit. Main control unit receives the control command information, and control the corresponding relay, the work of ac contactor, then to control motor rotation, after a judgment of the efficiency of the information, with the help of mechanical parts to complete the opening and closing of the car arrester. When position sensor detects the block moves to the specified position after a traffic stop, the system will remind the location of the car arrester now by LED displaying and voice, feedback the information to the remote control; When wireless the failure of communication led to the control part can’t work normally, the system will alarm, and connect the closed loop automatically, make traffic stop keep closed contact with rail, guarantee system and the car in a safe state.Car arrester control system achieves the work of car arrester by the wireless remote control way, add the detection of car arrester position function into it, reminds staffing by sound and graphic forms, meanwhile adds fault alarm and manual control car arrester guide security status function. The system in this paper has the features of high reliability, strong adaptability and good expansibility, cannot only improve the efficiency of transportation, and can improve the safety coefficient of operating personnel.
