| With the rapid development of modern network technology,multimedia technology and information technology,the technical level of coal mine belt transportation system has been continuously improved,which has significantly improved the digitization,systematization and networking level of coal mining safety monitoring work.Based on sensor network technology,this topic provides a more scientific and effective tool for the mine belt transportation control through the research of belt transportation status detection and fault diagnosis.With the innovation and development of technology,the power and transmission distance of belt conveyor in coal mine in our country are increasing,and the level of localized technical products is improving constantly.Based on the scientific and technological innovation project of Jizhong Energy Mining Group,a state monitoring and accident warning system is designed to improve the overall performance and quality of the mine belt conveyor.This paper studies the sensor testing technology to establish a perfect dynamic monitoring system of belt conveyor's running parameters.Based on the analysis results,the risk of the system is diagnosed and identified,and the warning device is automatically activated when the risk is higher than the safety threshold.The early warning level is divided into the first level and the second level,and the early warning and shutdown early warning are respectively adopted to protect the system.At the same time,the condition monitoring and accident warning system is regarded as one of the important components of the production safety supervision and control system,which plays the role of safety control together with the dispatching telephone system and the video surveillance system,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the production.In this system,the operation status information,fault information and other data can be directly displayed in the operation platform,and the relevant data can be stored and printed. |
