As a new type of textile technology,three-dimensional complex shaped overall braiding technology commonly in composites fabrication can be used to complete various rectangular composite cross-section composite profiles in the near net size,such as I,L,T beam,etc.The stability and reliability of the mechanical properties of the components are guaranteed effectively,avoiding damaging material strength due to the mechanical processing of composite materials or components.It is highly valued and applied in many fields such as aerospace and weaponry.This paper studied in detail about the existence of Three-dimensional overall braiding technology,braiding equipment and its chassis motion control technology and so on.It points out that the existing 3D braiding equipment has a poor adaptability for requirements of complex shaped braiding with the single type of prefabricated structure,poor adaptability of weaving varieties and poor reliability of chassis motion control system.In view of the above situation,this paper designed a kind of braiding chassis device which automatically controls the motion state of any whole row(column)carrier,braiding special-shaped fabric by changing the initial layout and motion rules of the chassis.This article rely on 3D Creo design software to complete the design of main parts and assembly work.Braiding chassis mainly includes driving gear by using four groups of stepper motor control to make the whole row(column)yarn carrier crisscrossed on the fixed guide rail,and the positioning mechanism that the special-shaped braiding action is realized by using the dc electromagnet for positioning function on both ends of guide rail.This paper introduced the structure composition,working principle and weaving process of the braiding chassis scheme.In order to realize automatic braiding,this paper designed the control system of the chassis,mainly including the design of the hardware circuit.In this paper,DMC5400 A four-axis track card is used to control four sets of stepper motor drive devices to work with STM32F103 microcontroller to control the positioning mechanism and to realize the special-shaped braiding process.The control of the yarn carrier is realized through wireless transmission module.Using the IOC1280 expansion card controls position sensor to realize the detection of the chassis motion state.This article adopted Visual Studio integrated software to develop the chassis operation interface,which mainly includes control buttons,braiding parameter setting,stepping motor manual control and the online display function of the chassis motion state.The basic motion control of the chassis is realized by programming and debugging the functions of the control interface in C++ language.Figure 39,Table 6,References 65.
