Aiming at the problems of low desizing rate,easily polluted environment,poor wear resistance and the like that are common in the market today,a new type of hot melt slurry is prepared in this project,aiming to overcome the above problems and improve the performance of the slurry.In this project,maleic acid/methyl methacrylate was used as the polymerization monomer,benzoyl peroxide was selected as the initiator,and the maleic acid polymer was prepared by the green and bulk polymerization method.The main monomers were studied.The influence of the ratio,polymerization time,polymerization temperature,and initiator ratio on the molecular weight of the polymer,and the analysis of the polymer by gel chromatography,infrared,thermogravimetry,and the like.Polyvinylpyrrolidone,tetradecanol,paraffin wax,and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether-10?OP-10?were used as adjuvants,and the maleic acid polymers prepared were tested by orthogonal test.The hot-melt slurry was prepared and the hot-melt slurry was characterized by sizing rate,desizing rate,hairiness loss rate,moisture regain,and alkali solubility.The orthogonal test was used to process the data,determine the theoretical best solution,and verify the experiment.Compare the performance changes before and after sizing to determine the best process parameters.The performance test results of the hot melt paste show that:the performance has been significantly improved,meet the experimental expectations,and has reached the experimental requirements.Based on a large number of experiments,the following conclusions are drawn:?1?Analysis and determination of maleic acid polymers by experimental data:The optimum ratio of monomer to material?maleic acid:methyl methacrylate?is 1:2,and initiator is 9%The polymerization temperature is 65?.and the polymerization time is 7 h.The synthesized polymer has good comprehensive performance,and the weight average molecular weight of the polymer is 5.500×105.The dissolution rate in the dilute alkali solution is faster,and Good thermal stability below 200?.?2?The 0-1 coordinate conversion method is used to quantify the sizing rate,desizing rate,hairiness loss rate,moisture regain,alkali solubility,etc.of the hot-melt slurry,and the orthogonal test analysis method is used to process the data.The main influences of each factor level on the performance of hot-melt pastes were:polyvinylpyrrolidone>sliced paraffin>OP-10>tetradecanol.?3?Using orthogonal test analysis method to get the best compounding scheme for A2B2C3D3,namely maleic acid polymer 100.0g,polyvinylpyrrolidone is 1.0g,tetradecanol is 1.5g,OP-10 is 1.2g,slice Paraffin wax is 3.5g.The hot melt slurry polymerized by this scheme has the best performance.?4?Performance test results of the best compounding solution:The melt temperature is 98102?,the fluidity of the slurry is good,the sizing rate is 51.2%,the moisture regain is 3.4%,the desizing rate is 7.1%,and the wear resistance The sexuality was 77.7%,the hairiness reduction rate was 38.9%,the fracture enhancement rate was 11.3%,and the elongation reduction rate was 2.0%.The experimental results showed that all the properties were significantly improved and the experimental requirements were met.
