Iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of our national economy.Hebei province is a real steel province.According to the steel industry structure adjustment plan of hebei province,the steel output of hebei is nearly 30% of the national steel output.Has a large iron and steel industry,not only energy,and energy is concentrated,its characteristic is the size of the industry,the production process takes longer,of ore mining,to the end product processing,which use a lot of process,and some of its important application resource usage greatly not only,and will produce serious pollution,pollutant production greatly.It is urgent to optimize the design of dust removal for iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,the author according to the characteristics of the steel industry,compared the information on the development of environmental protection at home and abroad,have investigated the big province of hebei and pollution,and pollution is one of the biggest in the iron and steel industry are introduced the technological process,converter steelmaking,carried on the thorough analysis,both the technological process and characteristics of producing dust carries on the analysis comparison,in fact data will present steel present in the sight of the consequences of environmental pollution.The author aiming at certain hebei steel plant of 120 t converter steelmaking continuous casting engineering process was analyzed,and several important pollution and arrangement of the dust removal system,has carried on the related calculation,design and optimization,mainly including mixer,hot metal pretreatment,LF furnace and feeding,converter secondary and high bunker,blowing argon station,underground bunker and discharge tent,transfer stations,such as dust removal system,through the study,in view of the converter steelmaking system,develop a relatively the most environmental economic design scheme,or the optimization results,makes the subsequent construction or renovation can be reference in the process,in order to get a good social and economic benefits.As an iron and steel enterprise,the energy saving design of the dust removal system not only further improves the efficiency of the dust removal system,but also realizes the energy saving effect of the system,so as to meet the requirements of environmental protection for the development of modern society and promote the further development of the activities of iron and steel enterprises.In the future social development,the iron and steel industry should be able to increase the research work on the design of energy saving of dust removal system,and transform the dust removal process through the idea of modern technology to reduce the occurrence of energy waste.Energy conservation and environmental protection of China's iron and steel industry is an inevitable way for domestic economic development and an inevitable situation for social development,which can guarantee the sustainable development of China's iron and steel industry.So,in the led step by step forward in the process of iron and steel industry in our country,gradually strengthen the study of the patterns of energy conservation and environmental protection,draw the experience of developed countries abroad,to find a more effective way to prevent pollution,gradually introduce modern means of environmentalprotection industry production process,and then let the domestic steel industry can change the current pollution and waste,to achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.
