With the introduction of industry 4.0,automation technology towards information,intelligent and network direction.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the automatic machining process and to improve the utilization rate and the production efficiency of the machine tool,it is necessary to collect the important data in the machining process to analyze the machining status of the machine tool in real time.At present,there are some problems in the industrial monitoring system,such as network heterogeneity,data specification,which is not unified and brings some difficulties to the data acquisition and monitoring and system integration.Combined with the current popular OPC UA technical standard,the paper takes the HNC-8 system in the network control system environment as the research object,the main research work is as follows:1?By comparing the current data acquisition system of CNC system,the design scheme of unified interface of numerical control system data is determined.2?Using OPC UA technical standards to establish a unified data access interface,and creating the information modeling and the development of the corresponding address space standards for the numerical control system,which will be processed into a unified data format data.3?Based on the Linux development platform,the C / C ++ language is used to develop the server based on the OPC UA standard,which is embedded in the HNC-8.Through the memory sharing,the dynamic processing of data is collected to the server.4?The entire CNC system data unified interface applications,including local collection and remote acquisition.Simultaneously,Analysis ofOPC UA server performance of the system consumption,thus proving the actual use of the server embedded in the number Control system is feasible.After the work of the above work,the OPC UA server will be embedded in the HNC-8 successfully.Through memory sharing,the NC system communicates with the server,the server and the client is based on OPC UA standard for information access.At last,the NC system data unified platform is achieved successfully.Which making the information collection system is no longer dependent on the upper and lower machine structure,standardize the data collection standards,breaking the platform constraints,but also indicates that the OPC UA technology based on information systems integration will become the future development of industrial hot spots.
