This paper uses the sludge as the main raw material,the straw powder and the solidified agent as the sludge conditioner for for laboratory experiments and on-site industrial tests.In the laboratory experiment,when the sludge was added to 20% straw powder and 10% solidified agent as sludge conditioner,the sludge water content would decrease from 78.8% to 58.2%,besides the calorific value of sludge would increase from 111.92 kcal/kg to 1051.4 kcal/kg.On the basis of controlling the straw powder to 20% of the total amount of sludge,this paper defines the proportion of solidified agent to 10%,15% and 20% respectively.When the the proportion of solidified agent adds 10%,the water content is 52.6% and the calorific value is 1081.1kcal/kg three days later.When the proportion of solidified agent adds 15%,the water content is 46.4% and the calorific value is 1039.1 kcal/kg three days later,it's up to the requirement of preparing the power generation fuel.When the proportion of addition is 20%,the calorific value cannot meet the minimum requirement three days later,but seven days later,the water content is 37.3% calorific value is 1001.5 kcal/kg.Taking care of the cost of production,storage and transportation difficulties and the treatment process,the best ratio of straw powder is 20% of the quality of sludge and the solidified agent is 10%.The experimental results show that the straw powder can play a role in the process of sludge dewatering,heating,water reducing,loosing and adding the calorific value.Sludge solidified agent can play a role of crystallization,heating and skeleton construction in the process of sludge dewatering,but adding sludge solidified agent will reduce the calorific value of sludge fuel.Making the fuel rods from the industrialized production of fuel,and delivering the fuel rods to the waste-to-power plant.Then co-combusting the fuel rods with fermented living garbage on the proportion of 9:1,the results show that there is no impact on the safety of operation and little impact on the more sensitive data on environmental indicators,can combust regularly.
