| This paper mainly consists of two parts.The first part is review of the genus Sambucus,we make brief summary mostly from following aspects: taxonomic research,chemical composition and pharmacological activity of the genus.The second part is focus of this paper,which deals with the chemical composition in n-butanol extracts of flowers of S.chinensis Lindl.The n-butanol extract of flowers of S.chinensis Lindl.was chosen as research objects to study the chemical composition.14 compounds was isolated from the n-butanol extracts of S.chinensis Lindl.by silica gel,ODS,polyamide,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographs.13 constituents were identified as sambuchin A(1),sambuchinoside A(2),4-methoxybenzyl-β-Dglucopyranoside(3),prunasin(4),patrinoside(5),salidroside(6),isorhamnetin 3-O-[α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-glucopyranoside](7),methylchlorogenate(8),quercetin 3-O-sophoroside(9),quercetin(3-O-β-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-galactopyranoside)(10),ursolic acid(11),3-O-caffeoyl-1-methylquinic acid(12),chlorogenic acid(13)on the basis of NMR、MS、UV、IR,et,al.Among them,compound 1 and 2 are novel compounds,and compounds 3,8,9,10 and 12 were isolated from Caprifoliaceae for the first time,compound 6、7 was isolated from genus Sambucus for the first time,compound 4、5 was isolated from Sambucus chinensis Lindl.for the first time.Main purpose of this paper is to study the chemical composition in n-butanol extracts of flowers of S.chinensis Lindl.and identification on pharmacological effects of the compounds.Due to the time constraint,we finished only the isolation and identification of compounds,the configuration of the two new compounds 1 、 2 and activity identification of monomeric chemical substances are not yet completed,and we will finish this work in the follow-up. |
