The remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil is one of the problems to be solved.The phytoremediation characteristics with its economical and convenient operation and environmental protection,and has broad prospects for development.TheSymphytum Officinale Linn.as object,Fengxian contaminated soiland Yangling clean soil as the test soil;First of all,through the simulation of soil pollution with different heavy metal concentrations,the heavy metal tolerance and ability to absorb heavy metals were studied;Then by adding exogenous tartaric acid and tannic acid of different concentrations(2,4,6mmol·kg-1)of heavy metals?Cd,Pb,Zn?under the stress of super accumulation of Symphytum Officinale Linn.By adding different concentrations of exogenous low-molecular-weight organic acids to study changes in the enrichment capacity and the effects on the absorption and distribution of heavy metals?Cd,Pb,Zn?.In order to improve the plant efficiency and practical repair of Symphytum Officinale Linn,promote the phytoremediation of soil heavy metal pollution in large area of our country repair to provide a theoretical reference.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?In the soil with low concentration of heavy metal,theSymphytum OfficinaleLinn.vigorous growth without stress symptoms;in the treatment of soil heavy metals in high concentration,Symphytum Officinale Linn.symptoms of grass.Leaves curled folds,yellow chlorosis,plant height,growth inhibition.?2?The soil heavy metals with different concentrations of heavy metals,SymphytumOfficinale Linn.,especially Pb,Cu,Zn tolerance of the four kinds of heavy metals showed high accumulation ability and good resistance.The underground fibrous root Cd was more than 100 mg·kg-1,reached 109.2 mg·kg-1;Zn uptake reached 6127 mg·kg-1;absorbing Pb reached 270.7 mg·kg-1.We can see that the plant has a polymerization enrichment ability very good for a variety of heavy metals,which has found many hyperaccumulators do not have,this in China to solve the complex soil heavy metal pollution environment has good application value.?3?In the low concentration of heavy metals under the stress applied at different concentrations(2,4,6 mmol·kg-1)exogenous low organic acids have different effects on the synergistic effect of heavy metal accumulation in Symphytum Officinale Linn.Tartaric acid is applied,not only enhance the ability to absorb heavy metals on Symphytum Officinale Linn.,but inhibited;but after applying different concentration of tannic acid,tannic acid on the Symphytum Officinale Linn.in different degree to enhance its enrichment ability.When the applied concentration of tannic acid was 2 mmol·kg-1,polymerization of heavy metal accumulation ability of Symphytum Officinale Linn reached the maximum value,the content of Cd in roots was 98.77 mg·kg-1,the content of Pb is 68.39 mg·kg-1,the content of Zn is2012.33mg·kg-1 roots;BCF respectively reach 3.25,1.14,2.01.We can see that Symphytum Officinale Linn has not only potential hyperaccumulation characteristics,but also has a variety of heavy metal hyperaccumulation and on properties,so the study on the Symphytum Officinale Linn can not only enrich our community types of phytoremediation of hyperaccumulator,and has a very good application prospect,which is to promote China's phytoremediation of soil heavy Have a positive effect on metal.
