The Case Study About XBRL In Application Within Petro China Co Ltd

As the continuous development of information technology,we have entered the advanced information age.Our lives have been more and more informational as well as intelligential,so as the information disclosure of the enterprises.Accounting information disclosures of listed companies are no longer confined to the traditional financial statement disclosure,but to create their own financial management platform,information technology data.But financial information can not be conversed and translated in all kinds of information operating system,so that financial officers have to prepare financial statements in line with the needs of different information systems formats to meet all kinds of information systems,which increases the workload of financial staff and costs of information disclosure,and the workload can easily increase data errors on the other hand.This paper first analyzes the development process of XBRL,and analyzes the technical framework of XBRL.It also studies XBRL's classification standard,financial disclosure cost,information disclosure quality and value advantage,and summarizes XBRL's accuracy,flexible,cross-platform and other characteristics of XBRL technology and summarizes the role of XBRL technology in data analysis,enterprise management and auditing.It introduces the XBRL technology from the aspects of causes,development process,characteristic function and technical framework.In order to analyze the application of XBRL technology in our country,this paper analyzes China Petroleum and Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.,which is the first unit in China to use XBRL to disclose its financial information,and analyzes the vertical integration of China petroleum industry.And then from the establishment of the project team structure to the oil company XBRL independent development mode and so on many aspects of combing the application process in CNPC.At the same time,the problems in the application of XBRL in CNPC were summarized from the aspects of accuracy of information disclosure,software extensibility,network security,enterprise internal control and enterprise management.XBRL data on technical level Such as lack of disclosure,lack of data conversion,lack of scalability,imperfect network protection,difficulty in tracing accountant responsibility and incompatibility with traditional management,and analyzes the causes of these problems.In the end,the author puts forward some solutions,such as cultivating professional talents,strengthening software development,perfecting classification standard and submitting procedure,strengthening network security construction and enterprise internal auditing,and strengthening national XBRL technology promotion and so on,hoping to provide financial disclosure for XBRL technology application in China.Listed companies to provide some new ideas.
